OF THE DUNBARTON ZONING ORDINANCE TO ALLOW HER TO CONSTRUCT A GARAGE/SHED CLOSER THAN THE REQUIRED 30 FEET FROM THE SOUTH SIDE BOUNDARY AT HER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE DISTRICT.
