Old Business, approve meeting minutes:
- Approve the regular minutes of May 11, 2023

- Appointment for Margaret Watkins to the Dunbarton Town Hall Restoration Committee (term ending March 2024)
- RSA 31:95-b III b accept unanticipated revenue in the amount of $513.00 from the Bow Memorial School student walk-a-thon fundraiser.
- NOTICE OF DECISION from the Planning Board to reduce the Site Improvement Performance Bond held by the Town from the original sum of $428,050.00 to the amount of $44,100 as recommended by Michael Vignale, PE of KV Partners, LLC (Town contracted project engineer) and Jeff Crosby, Town Road Agent.
- Review quotes for additional electrical outlets needed in the Police Department.
- Review quote from carpenter used for small jobs. The transfer Station Supervisor requested repairs to PVC trim damage done during the April storm.
- Email 5/25/23 from supervisor for action on this repair
- Follow up from email 1/26/23 regarding translucent panels on the recycling center (attached)
- Email from Mary Girard informing the Board that Dan VanKalken would like to donate furniture for the upstairs. (the item is a 2-person loveseat)
- JSJ Auction letter for items sold from the town which included an 8 ft. cargo trailer and a 16’ on-the-road trailer for a total of $4,320 after yard fees.
- Receive notice that the new FEMA flood maps are ready for review before they become final. (The portal will be open for 21 days).
- Received notice from Stat of NH Judicial Branch on Michael J. Guiney v Town of Dunbarton that the case is scheduled for hearing on the merits May 30, 2023, at 10 am (2 hours) see notes from Building Administrator.
- Receive concerns from the abutter of E6-02-02 regarding the issuance of a driveway permit.
- Letter of resignation as a Cemetery Trustee, effective June 30, 2023, from Don Larson.
- Email from NH Fish and Game Dept. wanting to put up a sign at Stark Pond identifying the location as one of the NH Fish and Game Waterfowl Management areas.
- Approve the NEW application for a GRANT application from NH Fish & Game OHRV (for additional patrol enforcement) in the amount of $2,700 (period Jul-Oct. 2023 & May-June 2024). Motion to accept and (sign 2-copies)
- Notice Letter from Dept. of Environment Services regarding wetlands compliance with RSA 482-A (lot F5-02-04) 206-208 Robert Rogers Road.
- Fred Mullen would like to recognize the six grade students from DES for assisting in placing 137 flags on the Veteran graves in the center cemetery.
- Email notice from Fred Mullen regarding scheduling a perambulation walk in early October between Dunbarton and the Town of Weare.
