  3. Review Proposed Budget for 2023 (continued)
  4. Review donation to the Dunbarton Town Hall Restoration Project from Tom & Karen Cusano ($40,000)
  5. Sign Appointment from Town Clerk for:
    1. Old Home Day Committee; Meagan Mauro with term ending March 2023
    2. Board of Assessor, Nichole Howley, with term ending March 2023
  6. Conduct any other business that may come before the Board.
