TOWN BUSINESS:  

1. Public Hearing per RSA 31:95-b III (a) to accept unanticipated sums of money in excess of $10,000 from the State of NH:
   Municipal Highway Block Grant Aid $87,495.05
   Municipal Bridge Grant Aid (2 bridges) $ 47,719.00
2. Review Salt Bid from Eastern Mineral LLC
3. Discuss the utility pole bill from Dunbarton Telephone
4. Hazard Mitigation Update – Public Information Meeting
5. Board of Assessors request for additional funds (see MRI invoice – contractual) estimated overage = $6,000.00
6. The tax rate is set for 2022. (review adjusted revenues & Tax Rate breakdown)
7. 2023 Health Trust Heath (increase 11.7%) & Dental rates  (increase 1.5%) 
8. 2023 Primex rates for PLT, WC, Unemployment
   PLT (increase of $3,420), WC (decrease of $1,333) Unemployment (decrease of $408) Overall increase of $1,679 for insurance coverage
9. Per RSA 31:95-b III (b); accept ($453) from the Salvation Army to support the Welfare Department with their contribution in assisting a welfare client
10. Public Hearing per RSA 31:95-b III (b) to accept proceeds from the sale of a town vehicle through auction after fees of $2,925
