5) NEW BUSINESS
A) CIMS update on new mapping in Center Cemetery.
B) WARRANT ARTICLE 14 Passed :
COMPLETE TWO 4X4 COUPLES PLOTS IN PAGES CORNER w/2 BENCHES. J&J’S
will send an invoice for 50% down and start work right after spring cleanup -
SWENSON GRANITE WORKS 2 BENCHES: I will order them shortly.
C) POWER WASHING VINYL FENCING - GETTING BIDS FOR SPRING - I have the
information on Page’s Corner and East Cemetery fences to give bidders the
same info
D) 2022 Budgets - Increase from $15,700 to $24,400
E) Karen & Scott Harrington have purchased Cremains lots in Center Cemetery, G-3
and G-4. They want to purchase lot G-5 for Phyllis Harrington, Sister-in-law, a former
Dunbarton Resident. They want to place her in G-3 and Karen & Scott in G-4 & G-5.
Scott will be in on Monday 3/14 at 10 am
F) Two Trees to be cleaned up on Russell Smith’s property by Don, Karen, Tom & Bob
on Saturday 3/5.
G) East Cemetery Brush cleanup by J&J, $600 per day/budget pre-approval for up to 3
days, $1,800. Tim figures 2 days work and we will budget for 3.
