CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING - JOSH/MARNEY DURAND, 16 STARK HIGHWAY NORTH (E3-02-27) REQUEST A VARIANCE TO ARTICLE 4, SECTION B.  OF THE DUNBARTON ZONING ORDINANCE TO ALLOW THEM TO CONSTRUCT AN ADU (ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT) CLOSER THAN THE REQUIRED 40 FEET FROM THE EAST (FRONT) BOUNDARY AT THEIR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE DISTRICT.
