Do you Know of Graveyards on Private Property?

Many towns in New England have family graveyards located on private property. 
The Cemetery Trustees are interested in knowing if you have a graveyard on your property, or have come across one while out hiking, or know of one in town.

These sites can be documented and available to share with current and future residents. 

A picture would be helpful along with the location of the graveyard.
