TOWN BUSINESS:  

Scott McIntire, Melanson Heath, exit conference for the 2019 Audit

Brett St. Clair, Chairman of the Conservation Commission, discuss contract proposal for the Bela Brook Conservation area (sign) and the Resolution for Kimball Pond 5-acre area.

Per RSA 31:95-b III (b); accept $200.00 restitution funds for reimbursement of expenses associated with the cruiser after an arrest by the Police Department. (PD request reimbursement to their department)

Personnel Policy review (continued from prior meeting)
