TOWN BUSINESS:  

  1. Ken Koerber, a proposal for the Town to consider
  2. Review Town Investment Policy (State RSA require annual approval by the Governing Body)
  3. Review the final version of the Town Hall Second Floor Use Policy
  4. Town Clerk Appointment withdrawal (motion to remove Cindy Lou Pinard from the Town Hall Restoration Committee.
  5. Town Clerk Appointments for Energy Committee David Elberfeld, term ending March 2026
  6. Town Clerk Appointments for Conservation Commission, Brett St. Clair, term ending March 2026
  7. Town Clerk Appointments for Planning Board, Jonathan Lefebvre as an alternate term ending March 2025.
  8. Review and adopt Town Hall Second Floor Use Police as amended
  9. Review and adopt Town Hall Second Floor Reservation Form
  10. Review and adopt the Memorandum of Understanding between the Town & the Library Trustees
