Planning Board Workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to allow Planning Board members to meet with applicant Michael Guiney and his agents to discuss outstanding items on a proposed subdivision plan.
Members of the Board will also conduct a Performance Bond Review for the Counstryside Estates project approved in August.
The workshop is open to the public; however, it is not a public hearing, therefore there may not be input taken from the public.
