Parks, Recreation and Conservation Land
I. No person shall operate a mini-bike, motorbike, OHRV or any other motor vehicle in the following areas known as:
A. Town of Dunbarton Common on Stark Highway
B. Dunbarton Elementary School Playground

II. No person shall drink any alcoholic beverages or alcoholic liquors, as defined in Chapter 175 of the New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated, upon any public street, highway, public sidewalk, municipal parking lot or municipal park within the limits of the Town of Dunbarton.

A. Title
The ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the “Kimball Pond Ordinance”.
B. Alcoholic Beverages
No person shall possess, consume or offer for sale any alcoholic beverage on any land owned by the Town of Dunbarton at Kimball Pond.
C. Parking
Parking shall be permitted only in those areas so designated so as to maintain the safe, effective and efficient flow of traffic. At no time shall any vehicle be parked in a manner which would impede access by any emergency service vehicle.
D. No Trespassing
There shall be no trespassing between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. at the town-owned land at Kimball Pond. Camping is prohibited except by permit from the Kimball Pond Conservation Committee. This permit can be obtained at the Town Offices.
E. Permitted Uses
Please contact the Town Offices for permitted use.
F. Penalty
Any person violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the maximum provided by law.

B. Alcoholic Beverages
No person shall possess, consume or offer for sale any alcoholic beverage on any land owned by the Town of Dunbarton at Long Pond.
C. Parking
Parking shall be permitted only in those areas so designated so as to maintain the safe, effective and efficient flow of traffic. At no time shall any vehicle be parked in a manner which would impede access by any emergency service vehicle.
D. No Trespassing
There shall be no trespassing between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. at the town-owned land at Long Pond.
E. Penalty
Any person violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the maximum provided by law.

No person shall possess, consume or offer for sale any alcoholic beverage on any land owned by the Town of Dunbarton at Gorham Pond and Kuncanowet Town Forest.
C. Parking
Parking shall be permitted only in those areas so designated so as to maintain the safe, effective and efficient flow of traffic. At no time shall any vehicle be parked in a manner which would impede access by any emergency service vehicle.
D. No Trespassing
There shall be no trespassing between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. at the town-owned land at Gorham Pond and Kuncanowet Town Forest.
E. Penalty
Any person violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the maximum provided by law.

Parking shall be permitted only in those areas so designated so as to maintain the safe, effective and efficient flow of traffic. At no time shall any vehicle be parked in a manner which would impede access by any emergency service vehicle.
D. No Trespassing
There shall be no trespassing between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. at the town-owned land at Purgatory Pond.
E. Penalty
