MINUTES OF MEETING

Selectman
Steve Kennedy was unable to attend due to a prior commitment.
The
Selectmen met to sign checks and to go over correspondence.
Chuck
Graybill made the motion to accept the resignation, with regret and
appreciation, of Deborah Gelinas as a Library Trustee. JR seconded the motion, motion carried.
Motion
made by Chuck Graybill to appoint Tiffany Dodd as a Library Trustee for a term
ending March 2004 was seconded by JR Swindlehurst. Motion carried.
JR
Swindlehurst made the motion to carry forward the balance of funds in the Town
Hall Renovation account to 2004. Motion
was seconded by Chuck Graybill, motion carried.
Motion
made by JR Swindlehurst to carry forward the balance of funds in the Master
Plan account into 2004. The motion was
seconded by Chuck Graybill, motion carried.
Budgets
for 2004: The board set aside January 6,
2004 to meet with all the department heads to review their proposed
budgets. The meeting will start at 8AM
at the Dunbarton Town Office. Department
heads will be notified.
Legal
correspondence was reviewed.
Meeting
was adjourned at 10:20 am.
