MINUTES OF MEETING

The
Selectmen met with Welfare Director, Margaret Venator, to discuss procedure and
policy for the department. The Selectmen
advised the Welfare Director that she should have all payments approved by the
Board of Selectmen before checks are issued.
They also advised that before any payments are made for mortgage
payments, car payments or like payments that Ms. Venator call
the vendors to see what would be a minimum payment that they would accept. They suggested only paying interest on loans,
etc.
Motion
was made by Chuck Graybill to carry forward $15,000 from the Gravel Crushing
line in the Highway Budget to the year 2004.
The motion was seconded by Steve Kennedy, motion passed
