that
the
Town
Common
Master
Planning
Commitee
has
changed
its
name
to
the
Dunbarrton
Center
Planning
Committee. Chuck
recommended
that
the
Police
Chief's
job
description
be
modified
to
exclude
the
requirement
that
he/she
be
a
Town
resident. Chuck
indicated
that
the
outside
light
has
not
been
on
and
the
timer
should
be
adjusted
or
the
light
should
be
repaired. 7:25

Chuck
made
a
motion,
which
was
seconded
by
Les
to
go
into
nonpublic
session.
A
legal
matter
with
Brian
Little
and
a
personnel
issue
were
discussed.

Chuck
made
a
motion,
which
was
seconded
by
J.R.,
to
end
nonpublic
session. 8:00
p.m.
Chuck
Williamson
and
Lori
Davis
--
discussed
the
Transfer
Station
and
the
need
for
a
supervisor.
The
Board
was
not
aware
of
any
applicants.
Lori
asked
if
the
position
could
be
expanded
to
full
time.
She
also
discussed
the
layout
of
the
Transfer
Station,
which
is
a
problem.
A
discussion
about
possible
candidates
ensued.
The
Board
will
advertise
for
a
full
time
person.
The
Recycling
Committee
will
conduct
the
search.
Lori
will
bring
a
position
advertisement
from
Margie
of
N.H.
the
Beautiful
on
Mon. 8:45
p.m.
Jon
Wiggin,
Fire
Chief
--
discussed
a
problem
with
a
vendor,
H.F.W.
Communications.
Jon
paid
for
radios
that
have
not
been
received.
Chuck
recommended
that
Jon
give
the
matter
to
the
Town's
attorney
to
pursue. Other
Business:
A
written
question
was
received
inquiring
as
to
whether
a
policy
has
been
established
about
building
on
class
6
roads.
The
Board
indicated
that
a
decision
is
pending. A
discussion
about
the
five
year
space
needs
