TOWN OF DUNBARTON BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES OF MEETING February 22, 2001 Present: Chuck Graybill J.R. Swindlehurst Janice Jelley, Town Administrator 7:35 - Janice mentioned that town employees who come in contact with wild animals should be vaccinated against rabies, as has been done in the past. 7:40 PublicHearing for the following article to be placed on the 2001 Town Warrant: To see if the Town will vote to establish a nonlapsing special revenue fund for the purpose of Fire Dept Equipment replacement from money collected from reimbursement of ambulance services.. Fire Chief Jon Wiggin indicated that monies would be set aside for ambulance supplies/equipment. The monies are not taxpayer monies, but rather reimbursement from insurance proceeds. There were no public comments, The public hearing was closed at 7:49. 7:50 Laser Jet Printer Janice discussed a slightly used printer that is available for the town to purchase at a savings of over $100 from what was budgeted The Selectmen voted to purchase a smaller more inexpensive inkjet printer. Also, it was voted to purchase a dot matrix printer for the town clerk. 8:00 - Chuck recommended that Ken Swayze be appointed as an alternate to the Zoning Board for a two year term. J.R. made a motion to appoint Ken , which was seconded by Chuck, the vote was in the affirmative. 8:15 Jeff Crosby came in to discuss Article 11 on the Town Warrant. Chuck made a motion to recommend that the Board pass over Articles 11 and 12 at Town Meeting , which was seconded by J.R. Swindlehurst , the vote was in the affirmative. 8:50 Bruce Vaal came in to inquire about the timing of the funding to purchase the camera, which was included in the budget. 8:55 Chuck made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by J.R. ______________________________________________ J.R.
