Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

Terry Jelley and Richard Schaeffer were present.

All cemeteries are closed for the winter.

Pre-marking the Center cemetery was discussed.

The proposed budget was discussed and passed.
Budget was sent to the selectmen.

One cemetery trustee position is open. Anyone
interested needs to file between January 11 - 15, 2005.
Forms are available at the town office.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
