Trustees met on Tuesday Feb 5th 2008 at 7:00pm with all members present.

Trustees reviewed four bids for the two-year cemetery maintenance contract.

After review the trustees selected Michael Underwood of Goffstown, NH.

Selection is pending per proof of insurance.

Trustees talked about doing a physical inventory of the graves to get an accurate inventory for the trustee funds. This will be used to calculate perpetual care funding.

Trustees talked about comparing grave prices with other towns.

Trustees began reviewing and updating our local rules and regulations.
