The trustees met on April 4 th at 7:00 PM. Richard Schaeffer was elected Chairman for this year. Koren J. Maccubbin was elected recorder.

The lawn maintenance contract for 2006-2007 was signed.

Discussion was on revamping the filing system. This will be completed over the next few months.

A deed was filled out for Mary E. Marsh for a lot that was transferred to her.

Terry Jelley contacted the trustees about the Gagne Burial scheduled for April 29 th 2006. The family requested cremated remains to be buried in a glass bottle. The trustees decided this would be unsafe due to glass shards coming up through the soil eventually. Harden container is required, (wood, concrete etc.).

Josh Gagne came in to discuss marker placement for his son.

Cemeteries are open weather permitting.

Trustees plan to walk the cemeteries in May.
