The trustees met on May 2nd 2006 at 7:00pm with all members present.

Made call to Perry Brothers Monument Co. about repair to a few gravestones down and damage from winter.

Cemetery Spring “walk-through” for damage was canceled due to rain. Decided for next month meeting.

Got price for a stump to be ground down at Pages Corners. Also decided if shavings could be placed into a hole also at this cemetery. May also need some “fill” and reseeding may be required.

Signed plot deeds for LeDuc, John & Allison Swindlehurst and Eleanor Swindlehurst.

Replacement of water and trash cans in all cemeteries that were damage during the winter months.

Reviewed the current filing system and started to update and upgrade it for greater ease of use and maintenance
