MIINUTES OF MEETING

March 22, 2005

Present: Timothy Terragni, Chairman

John Swindlehurst, II

Bryan Clark

Meeting called to order at 7PM

The Board met with Peter Montgomery of the Dunbarton Telephone Company from 7pm to 8pm to discuss the recent court decision regarding the assessing of telephone easements and right of ways.

The board had a brief discussion regarding their meeting the Mr. Montgomery. Tim Terragni made the following motion:

The Board of Assessors is extremely interested in making sure that all taxable property in the Town of Dunbarton is fairly and equally assessed. We have been reviewing this telephone assessing situation since 1996. The latest information we have indicates that we, the Board of Assessors, would be better serving the town to delay. We plan to keep you informed of future development.

The motion was seconded by Bryan Clark, all were in favor, the motion passed.

The Board continued with their meeting, discussing the assessing of current use properties in Dunbarton.

Motion to adjourn at 9 pm was made, seconded and passed.
