Present:  Timothy Terragni

                 John R. Swindlehurst, II

                 Bryan Clark

Minutes of the January 6, 2004 meeting were reviewed.  Motion by John Swindlehurst to accept the minutes as printed was seconded by Tim Terragni, motion passed.

Current Use penalty on lot E3-2-46, Stillwater in the amount of $10,000, was reviewed and voted to void this penalty based on the sale of this property on December 30, 2003 for $80,000.  A revised current use penalty was signed in the amount of $8,000 under the new ownership of Flagstone Properties, Inc.

It was noted that Stillwater Properties had contested their penalty on lot E3-6-1 in the amount of $100,000 stating that they have a contract to sell the property on January 29th for $90,000.  Based on the fact that this lot was disqualified as of 11/5/03 due to the sale of surrounding properties the board voted to stay with the original penalty imposed of $10,000.

Donald Perkins, lot B3-2-8, met with the Board to review his property assessment.  He stated that he felt his assessment was not comparable to his neighbors property which is assessed for $212,400 and his was assessed at 301,500.  After much discussion with Mr. Perkins the board agreed to have the town assessor go back to each property and review them again.  It was also voted that due to the fact that Mr. French is under the weather, Bud Noyes would be called to take care of this matter.

The Board had a discussion regarding the recent bids received for the revaluation of the Town.  John stated that he had spoke to the town manager in New Durham and he had very good things to say about Vision who recently did work in his town.

Brian Clark went over the phone calls he made regarding Vision and Earls Neider Perkins, LLC.  He stated that he received excellent references from Antrim, Hancock, Sutton and Warner regarding Earls Neider Perkins and he also received very good references from Hooksett, Jeffrey and Pembroke regarding Vision.

It was voted by the board that they would meet with Vision and Earls Neider Perkins to ask further questions.  A date of Tuesday February 3, 2004 was set to meet with both companies.  Janice will call them and set up appointments of 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm at the town office on that date.

John made motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:25pm;  Bryan seconded and all were in favor.
