MINUTES OF MEETING

Timothy Terragni called the meeting to order.
Minutes of the August meeting were reviewed and signed.
The Board discussed a current use penalty for Trudeau (D5-1-3). This lot was contiguous with another lot owned by Rose Dugrenier and she sold it before she died. When the property went through Probate it ended up in the name of Eric and Adrien Trudeau. Now it stands alone at 7 acres. Ten are required to qualify for current use. The current market value of the land is $3,800. It is non-accessible land. The property will be reviewed in April. The Current Use Land Change Tax was calculated to be $ 400.
The Board reviewed an Application for Veteran’s Exemption for William N. Goldstein (D4-3-3). Based on his service during the Viet Nam Conflict, the Board approved the $ 100 exemption.
Amendment to the July 2002 minutes: The Board did not review the plot plan for the Van de Bogart’s (C6-3-2 Phase I) as it was not available.
The Board discussed the formula used for Current Use penalties. They agreed that the formula needs to be refined. Brian Little suggested that the Board resume use of the Survey form devised by the Board last year.
