The Board discussed the situation regarding Mr. Joseph Albertelli  I4-01-08 (See May minutes).  Mr. Albertelli paid his current use penalty 12 months prior to having to disqualify the property.  In  that 12 months he was billed about $700 in interest.  Brian Little felt that if the Board had waited one year to assign his current use value, his value would have increased by $7,000-$10,000 resulting in a penalty of $700-$1,000.  The Board felt it was a wash.  Brian Little will send a letter with the Board’s decision.

The Board received a map from Richard Ewans, County Road (requested at May meeting).  Mr. Ewans intends to put his land in current use..

            Meeting adjourned at 8:35PM.
