MINUTES OF MEETING

Timothy Terragni, Chairman called the meeting to order.
The following were reviewed and signed:
· Minutes of July 16 meeting
· Notice of Intent to Cut: Girard L. Meisner H4-2-3
· Current Use land change tax for the following:
o NH Traditional Homes H4-3-6 $6,000
o Michel & Jacqueline Belanger I3-3-6 $600
o Andrew and Heather Radl I3-3-8 $200
o Cimray Homes LLC C6-3-2 $300
o Cimray Homes LLC C6-4-3 $4,300
o Cimray Homes LLC C6-4-2 $4,350
o Cimray Homes LLC C6-3-10 $4,250
o Cimray Homes LLC C6-3-1 $4,250
Tim Terragni reported that he had met with Selectmen on July 18. They felt that the Current Use letter to landowners should be done next year because there were no funds budgeted for it this year. They would like the Board to check with other towns to see how they are approaching the task.
Compton French reminded the Board that his contract ends December 31. The Board should put the position out to bid by October to be returned in November and announced in December. Tim suggested it should be advertised September 23 for a return of bids by October 11. Bids would be reviewed at October 15 meeting. It was suggested that no appointments be scheduled for that meeting if possible. It was also suggested that one of the qualifications should be that the Assessor attend all monthly meetings.
