Timothy Terragni, Chairman called the meeting to order.
The following were reviewed and signed:
· Minutes of March Meeting
· Excavation Tax Warrant: McDevitt, H2-2-6A ($ 40)

Intent to Cut Timber:
· Intent to Cut Timber: Meisner, H4-02-03
· Timber Tax Warrant: Brian Hardwick, D6-04-14 & 13, ($177)
· Timber Tax Warrant: Sandra Weston, E3-2-19 & 5 ($3,867)
· Timber Tax Warrant: Weyersburg, I2-2-7, 8, & 9 ($216)
· Warrant for Collection of Yield Taxes: Edward Klements, G2-05-04 ($134)
· Intent to Excavate: McDevitt ($30)
An Intent to Excavate submitted by Michel Belanger was reviewed. Because of unpaid taxes, the Board will require him to post bond. Intent will not be signed until proof of bond is produced or the taxes are paid.
The Application for Current Use submitted by Richard Ewans was reviewed. The Tim will ask Janice to send a letter requesting a more detailed land classification map showing the amount of acreage and different types of land. The application will be put on hold.
The Application for Current Use submitted by David Oesterreich was reviewed. The Board will send a letter requesting proper labeling of map and abutting lots for clarification purposes.
The Board discussed the property purchased by the

dwelling and the Board considered that it should be discussed with the Building Department. Brian Little made the motion to table discussion pending a letter from the Pastor. Tim Terragni seconded the motion. Bryan Clark recused himself from the vote because of his affiliation with the church.
Tim Terragni presented the worksheet for the Building Department. Members were asked to review the worksheet and comment next meeting.
There was discussion regarding the Inventory Form. The Selectmen did away with this form several years ago. Brian Little felt it would be helpful during a re-valuation. Tim Terragni made the motion to re-introduce the Inventory of Taxable Property Form. Bryan Clark seconded the motion.
The Sales survey has not been updated since January, 2002. No action was taken.
John R. Swindlehurst II was in to discuss Marlow ruling regarding Current Use. (Copy of S.P.A.C.E. article attached.)
