Meeting Minutes

January 8^th, 2004

Members present at tonight’s meeting are Patrick “Woody” Bowne, Todd Beall, and Bob Josephson.

We talked about the 23^rd annual Recycling Conference and Exposition being held this summer at Waterville Valley. The dates for this are June 7^th and 8^th.

Woody informed us that Tammy has been in touch with Jeff Trexler, member of the School Board, about the recycling program in the school. Tammy has informed us that things are starting to come together but are far from being completed. Woody will be looking into the grant program for the recycling trailer, which would be located at the school.

Woody asked the members present if they would be interested in repainting and installing the letters that someone had previously donated. The letters would be put back up on the recycling center.

The committee is looking into getting the NRRA’s recycling trailer for Old Home Days and possibly Town Meeting.

Bob offered to redo the updated recyclable list when it is completed.

Meeting adjourned at 19:39.
