Meeting Minutes

May 6^th, 2004

The meeting began at 19:05 with three out of five members present: Patrick Bowne, Tamara Luby, and Jackie Belanger.

The first order of business was to update the Recycling List that is handed out to the town residents. The list was worked on and a hard copy will be put into print within the next month.

We also talked about putting a volunteer list together again. A sign up sheet will be placed down at the Transfer Station for names only. Once we acquire a list of names we will start to work out some volunteer hours.

Woody has been talking to Donna Dunn. She is interested in helping to promote recycling in the town.

School recycling is up. Tammy and Woody will be getting in touch with school personnel to see what else they are planning on for the future. We would like to see a recycling program set up by the first of September.
