Present: Brett St. Clair, Brigitte Cook and Jackie Kennedy

Brett called the orientation to order at 7:30 p.m.

Everyone introduced themselves and indicated what board or committee they represented. A briefing and overview of the Ethics Code in detail was presented, followed by a question and answer period.

The committee would like to take this opportunity to thank those elected, appointed and volunteers who were able to attend.

There being no Ethics Committee business, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
