Minutes of meetings are subject to final approval at the next scheduled meeting

Attending: Brett St. Clair, Nick Holmes, Scott Ives, Brigitte Cook, Jackie Kennedy

Brett called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

Motion to accept the minutes of September 23 was made by Jackie Kennedy, second by Scott Ives. Motion passed.

Work Session: using a hypothetical case, the committee worked through the case using the Ethics Committee procedural flow chart. Administrative Rules were also reviewed.

Because of the Thanksgiving holiday the next committee meeting will be held Thursday 18 November.

Motion to adjourn was made by Brett, second Nick. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
