MEETING

Minutes of meeting are subject to final approval at the next scheduled meeting

 

 

Attending:  Nick Holmes, Scott Ives, Brigitte = Cook, and Jackie Kennedy

 

Nick Holmes called = the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

 

Motion to accept the minutes of October 28 was made by Jackie Kennedy, second by Nick Holmes.  Motion passed.

 

There was no mail.<= o:p>

 

A brief discussion = on our hypothetical case took place.

 

The next scheduled = meeting will take place on January 20, 2005.  If any new business comes before the board a meeting in December wil= l be scheduled and duly posted.

 

Motion to adjourn t= he meeting was made by Nick Holmes, second by Scott Ives.  Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
