Nick Holmes called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

Motion to accept the minutes of October 28 was made by Jackie Kennedy, second by Nick Holmes. Motion passed.

There was no mail.

A brief discussion on our hypothetical case took place.

The next scheduled meeting will take place on January 20, 2005. If any new business comes before the board a meeting in December will be scheduled and duly posted.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Nick Holmes, second by Scott Ives. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
