OLD BUSINESS:
Kimball Pond Conservation Area
Update on payment of NH business and profits tax
Brett St. Clair reported that another attorney has been charged with determining if any additional business and profits tax money is owed the state. Approximately $14,000.00 has been paid.
Local projects/Wetlands Bureau updates
Keefe subdivision (off Rt. 77)
Larry Cook, G. Holt and M. Watkins walked the site. A letter expressing the CC’s concerns has been drafted and sent to the Wetlands Bureau.
NEW BUSINESS:
Conservation Commission membership
Alternate Gerry Gerdes has submitted his resignation which was accepted with regret. Alternate Ray Simard did not attend any meetings in 2002. Members present agreed that he should be contacted regarding his resignation if he is unable to attend future meetings.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Received from Scott Warriner – letter describing the property maintenance he has completed of late and the caretaking responsibilities he has assumed as he continues to lease the property

Management of Kimball Pond Conservation Area (first public
meeting) -

AGENDA:
Conduct advertised “public meeting” session on the management of the Kimball Pond Conservation Area to gather input regarding the long term use of the area (and house) within the confines of the management plan drafted at the completion of Phase I.
